Amendments
To amend a booking you've made on our web site, you'll need to call us on 0870 844 4020 (if you are dialling from outside
the UK, call +44 1303 815424), quoting the booking reference you need to amend.
We don't charge any administration fees for amending bookings, unless the amendment causes a reduction in the original
number of rooms or nights booked (for airport hotel bookings only).
Cancellation Policy
Hotel & Lounge Cancellations: No refund is made for cancellation of an airport hotel or airport lounge booking
within 24 hours of the stay. An administration fee of £7.50 per room per night applies to all other airport hotel
cancellations.
Parking Cancellations: Airport parking bookings cancelled up to the day before departure will be charged £5.
Bookings cancelled on the day of travel or after will be charged at the full cost. |
